Information for International Graduates in China

Applicants to German universities who

• do not hold a Chinese passport,
• have completed their elementary / high school education outside of China, and
• have obtained a bachelor’s degree from a Chinese university

have to participate in the China-Procedure, unless they are eligible to apply to German universities on the basis of qualifications from their home countries.

International graduates who hold a Chinese master’s degree but no Chinese bachelor’s degree are required to participate in the Document Verification Procedure:
